EICC: The Construction

Cairo — July 5, 2026. Behind every Taj Misr delivery date stands the Egyptian International Construction Company (EICC) — the contracting group founded in 2006 that owns 95% of the developer and executes its projects end to end. A review of EICC's two-decade track record shows why the "on time, as promised" commitment is structural rather than aspirational: the group builds what it develops.

Registered on October 1, 2006 under commercial registration 20681, EICC operates with an issued capital of EGP 5 billion and an authorized capital of EGP 15 billion, supported by a team of more than 850 professionals spanning managers, engineers, foremen, and technicians. Its scope covers contracting, real estate investment, and the development of integrated urban communities, alongside tourist resorts, sports facilities, and commercial projects.

A track record across sectors. In the judicial sector, EICC delivered the South Cairo Courts Complex in Zeinhom — housing civil, commercial, family, and urgent-matters courts on Bayram El-Tonsi Street in Sayeda Zeinab. In education, its portfolio includes the American International School in Egypt (AISE), whose campuses in New Cairo and Sheikh Zayed serve nearly 1,500 students from 41 countries; The American School (AIS), built as two ground-plus-two buildings; and El Fouad International School, which has grown from 300 students at its 2005 founding to 2,500 today. In banking, EICC constructed the BLOM Bank branch in New Cairo.

Residential and commercial delivery. EICC's residential record includes Greens Compound — 750 private villas of 303 sqm each, enclosed by 12 kilometres of fencing — and Badr Gardens in Badr City, a compound built around pools, playgrounds, and sports courts. The Landmark Tower & Mall combined 40 residential flats with a 3,000 sqm shopping mall.

International reach in Qatar. The group's Gulf portfolio comprises the Panasonic Showroom & Towers — a 45,000 sqm development pairing two residential towers of basement, ground, and 14 typical floors with Panasonic's main showrooms — alongside Al Selyya Towers (13,000 sqm, two residential towers) and Al Malkheya Mall, delivered as two buildings totalling 34,000 sqm.

Contractor of choice in the New Capital. Beyond its own group, EICC executes for third-party developers in the New Capital's R5 district: the Al Shafar clusters — two clusters of five and two buildings with plazas of 12,500 and 7,900 sqm, each building rising from double basements to five or seven typical floors — and the Medicom cluster, a 15,000 sqm development of six buildings and a plaza.

This delivery capability now powers the group's most visible work: through Taj Misr Developments, EICC is the main contractor behind Dejoya 1, 2, 3, and 4, Ezdan Mall, Taj Tower 1 and 2, Badr Mall in Badr City, and the Zayed projects in Sheikh Zayed City. The group's vertically integrated ecosystem — including River Ready-Mix Concrete, whose stations in Zayed and the New Capital produce 70 cubic metres per hour, and Snap Interiors for finishing — keeps the supply chain in-house from concrete batch to final handover.

Why this matters: In a market where delivery risk defines buyer trust, EICC's record — government courts, international schools, Gulf towers, and thousands of residential units — is the verifiable proof behind Taj Misr's "Ad El Waad" promise. The developer does not outsource its most important commitment; it owns the company that keeps it.
